STANDARD DESIGN SIZES (GUIDE)

Use these sizes unless you know exactly what you’re doing.

Adult Shirts

  • Full Front: 10–11 inches wide

  • Left Chest: 3–4 inches wide

  • Full Back: 11–12 inches wide

Youth Shirts

  • Full Front: 8–9 inches wide

  • Left Chest: 3 inches wide

⚠️ These are design sizes, not shirt sizes.

GANG SHEET RULES

If you are creating a gang sheet:

  • Each design must be individually sized correctly

  • Do NOT rely on empty space around the design

  • Arrange designs efficiently to avoid wasted space

  • We do not resize or reposition artwork on gang sheets

If you are unsure, use the Gang Sheet Builder before ordering.

FILE REQUIREMENTS

To avoid delays, your files must meet the following:

  • File type: PNG

  • Background: Transparent

  • Resolution: 300 DPI

  • Color mode: RGB

❌ No screenshots
❌ No blurry images
❌ No photos of screens

COMMON MISTAKES (ORDER DELAYS)

  • Uploading a small design and expecting it to print large

  • Leaving large blank areas around artwork

  • Sending low-resolution files

  • Assuming we will fix sizing issues

Orders with these issues may be delayed.
