Prices are in US dollars (USD).
When will my order be ready?
Use the production estimate on your product page or the timing confirmed in your custom quote. Production time is separate from shipping time. Personalized embroidered sweatshirts take 1–2 weeks where stated. Please contact us before ordering if you have a firm event date.
Which orders qualify for same-day printing?
DTF and other print transfer orders placed before 2 PM are printed the same day. This does not mean same-day shipping or delivery. Custom apparel and embroidery follow the production estimate on the product page or your confirmed quote.
How does local pickup work?
Pickup is by appointment in Dallas, GA. The general pickup estimate for custom apparel and embroidery is 5+ days; your product page or confirmed quote gives the relevant production estimate. DTF and other print transfer orders placed before 2 PM are printed the same day. Wait for your ready-for-pickup email, then arrange your appointment before visiting.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping services and charges are shown at checkout. Carrier transit estimates start after dispatch and do not include production time. We email tracking information when the order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel or change a custom order?
Email gully@gullydesign.com promptly with your order number. We can review requests before production starts and confirm what is possible. Custom and personalized orders are final once production begins. A cancellation or change is not confirmed until we reply.
What if my order is defective, damaged or incorrect?
Contact gully@gullydesign.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, a description and photos. We will review the issue and explain the next steps. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and conditions.
I entered an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will check whether the order can still be updated. We cannot promise an address change once an order has been dispatched.
How do I request shirts for a business or group?
Use our bulk shirt quote form. Include quantity, sizes, shirt color, print locations, artwork and your requested date.
