Production time
Production time is separate from shipping time. Please use the estimate on your product page or the timing confirmed in your custom quote. Personalized embroidered sweatshirts are made to order in 1–2 weeks where stated on the product page.
Same-day print transfers
DTF and other print transfer orders placed before 2 PM are printed the same day. This is a printing cutoff, not a guaranteed same-day dispatch or delivery promise. Custom apparel and embroidery follow the production estimate on the product page or your confirmed quote.
For custom apparel and embroidery, timing depends on the quantity, artwork, garment availability and proof approval. If you need an order for an event, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your date is available.
Shipping
Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates begin after your order is dispatched and do not include production time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
We email tracking information when your order ships. Carrier or postal delays can affect delivery. Please check your shipping address carefully and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
Local pickup — Dallas, GA
Pickup is by appointment only. Our general pickup estimate for custom apparel and embroidery is 5+ days; the production time on your product page or confirmed quote still applies. DTF and other print transfer orders placed before 2 PM are printed the same day. We will email you when your specific order is ready for pickup. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup email and arrange your appointment before coming to collect an order.
